In your problem report, please include right away:
- The serial numbers of all devices concerned (including the serial numbers of device from other vendors if they are controlled by software from Imagine Optic).
- The version of your operating system (WinXP, Win7) and whether it is 32bit or 64bit.
- Any error message you encountered, when and under which condition the error message appeared
- The version and name of our software your using/installing. In case of the WaveView, WaveTune, WaveKit, WaveBio we also need the version of the installer called WaveSuite used. In some cases (e.g. WaveKit) it is important to know the version of any software use use to interact (e.g. LabView version, Matlab 64bit?).
- Screenshots are of tremendous help.
