Concerning all our products using a USB3.0 connection (e.g. HASO4 1st)
The USB3.0 port on the computer must use a "Resnet/RESENAS" chipset.
Every sensor is delivered with a PCIe card providing such a USB3.0 port.
Other chipsets might do the job, but you're on your own to get them working with our hardware.
Please note that this compatibility is imposed by a 3rd party driver we use and therefore cannot be improved in the near future.
Driver installation
In case the installation for this driver fails, please install it manually from this link.

Ok, everything is perfect on the manuals, but what you find at the installation is not what described on the manual. I have something related to a NEC card and I never found such folder (as described in the manual).
It is not even said where's the folder (one may understand that it is in the main folder of installation...but not).
If found another one in the Pylon driver and yes, now after the third installation the card is recognised, with no error in the device manager, but the camera is not seen by the computer.
Please, help me asap.
Dear Giancarlo Gatti,
This is obviously not normal and ticket #3257 has been created to help with this issue.
