concerns the sensors (amongst others):
- HASO3 128GE
- HASO3 128GE2
A reoccurring problem are the firewall settings
Disable the firewall on the network interface connected to the camera.
Use Start Menu -> Imagine Optic -> EthernetCameraTools -> Coyote to check if the HASO's camera is working.
A reoccurring problem are the IP settings
Make sure you assigned a static IP address to the network card, which is connected to the sensor.
If your camera is not found by "Start Menu -> Imagine Optic -> EthernetCameraTools -> GEVPlayer", check whether the firewall blocks communication.
